I ordered prints and smartphone cases on 3/12. Only some of the prints arrived, and the cases not at all. Photobox guessed that it was due to a wrong address. Ridiculous! For five separate deliveries, there was only one shipment number! The missing products were produced again, although one smartphone case was out of stock. The missing prints didn't arrive until 27/12/16! It should have been a christmas present. Today I got another Photobox delivery and found they sent me someone else's calendar! I think it is creepy that the pictures of my children probably ended up at another person. I will not order at Photobox again and cannot recommend!
