Terrible, terrible Service. Ordered calendars for Christmas didn't arrive. Phoned to find out status, nobody knew. Customer Services only screen calls they do NOTHING to resolve, but pass on the enquiry to a mystery service centre, with the promise of a 48-hour response. 168 hours later, I do not know where my calendars are, whether I am getting new calendars, whether I am getting a refund. And nobody cares despite several emails and phone calls. AVOID. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Aldi Photo if you really do want to improve, please simply find a way of responding with some useful information, rather than ignoring your customers.
