I have ordered photo books more than a month ago, on 11/12/15. I have not heard anything from Foto.com since the automatic order confirmation, but the money was debited from my account. If you call customer service you have to wait forever, and if you try to use the contact form on the foto.com web site, you get a cryptic email saying you should create a login at "Zen-Helpdesk". Customer service and delivery time are thus very poor. Conclusion: Foto.com is not recommended.

I ordered 3 calendars on 8/12/15 - much earlier than the deadline for a delivery for christmas. After 13 days, 2 caledars are still 'in preparation', so I tried to contact customer service. They told me there was a technical difficulty. Strangely they were able to solve it after my call. But of course, the calendars were delivered after Christmas. Already in 2013 I had problems with the quality of 2 calendars, but I was stupid enough to use this company again. That won't happen again now!

Does this company even exist, outside of the internet? The email in the imprint is not reachable. The customer service on the web site hard to find. But the payment works just fine. I ordered gift 3 weeks ago. The product was dispatched 2 weeks ago according to their email. When I checked the status, the order number is not in their system? I can't reply to their emails. Emails to their customer service are not delivered, not it's too late for the birthday. If I could give 10 negative points, I'd give 11, I have rarely been this angry. Not recommended at all, you can throw your money out of the window just as well. The customer service replied finally, and they said the same thing that was on their web site. I have given up, it's not worth the hassle.

I ordered 6x4 prints from Foto.com. With a very decent quality and a price of only 6p per print i'm more than happy with the product! But: Despite promising a delivery within 4 days on their website, it took them 10 days! If you don't need the prints urgently, it's safe to say Foto.com is the company to use.
