This company has very poor customer service; they wouldn't even do a partial refund after they made a mistake. Surely the gesture would have cost them nothing? In return they would have continued business from me. Not now, rubbish! If you own a small business I would recommend using different a printing company.

Used this company twice and both occasions very poor image results and had to reorder from SnapMad who produce superb prints although more expensive but cheaper in the long run Images came very dark and colour did not match the computer images unlike SnapMad which match the computer(Lightroom) settings

PLEASE PLEASE pay very special attention to the small but very deliberate question mark on this companies website under FAQ's for damaged prints. If your print order arrives without damage then that's fine, but if like me it was creased right through the packaging then I assure you, you have no hope of getting reprints.
Emails regarding damage go completely ignored. Phone calls then require photographic proof of the damage. Following that you will then have to upload your entire order again and phone them again. It was at this stage when enough was enough for me and I went elsewhere. I'm sure this is deliberate strategy and I'm not at all convinced given my terrible experience that I would ever have received replacement prints.
Online printing is a competitive business. Consider other companies who can provide a lever of service, any level of service as this company have no customer service to speak of.

The people at DSCL are very helpful. I have just sorted 600 12x8 photos for a school and the quality is spot on and a bargain at 50p a photo. I had three questions over two days and they where very helpful and quick to respond, one was asked at 7.30pm on sat night and responded to 10 minutes later. Definately doing business with these people from now on.
