as you can see from the above comments I rate your work as very good, however there was one occasion some little time back when I didn't receive the photo's ordered I wasn't charged for them so I didn't press the fact. but two days ago I ordered a set of six pictures when I had completed the order it showed an error so I processed it again using another card again an error, why is this happening I have purchased a number of orders from you and this last six was a big disapointment as they were to be entered into a competion. can this problem be rectified liziom@yahoo.co.uk
