My first order for a Lidl photo book was for the slightly dearer wire bound book. What arrived was a cheap looking booklet, certainly no wire binding! The paid invoice shows my order clearly. Customer service diabolical, saying I got what I ordered despite me sending them a copy of the invoice!

I have used Lidl for photo printing for 12 months. The quality is excellent. An ex-professional photographer in my U3A group says that you could not print better at home. €0.49 for A4 print, great value. I had a problem with one A4 print and they refunded me the whole order. Can't say more.

Very good photo

Very good service, I order prints and photo books regularly and they are always great quality. Would recommend.

It took over 12 days for photos to arrive after being despatched. When they did turn up they were not our pictures. 2 working days later no response from them.

Recently introduced I think, fantastic reliable service, very good quality, very good value for money.
